“Not long ago, I was living just off the Lamar exit by the interstate with a little trash pile I was calling "home". I used to have a family, but I guess they didn’t want me anymore…but I stuck around in that spot, hoping they’d come back to get me. It was a scary place, but luckily one day a car of nice people pulled up with some yummy food, and finally I trusted them enough to let one of the ladies pick me up & take me to her house. The house had other dogs there, and they were all so happy and welcoming! I had never been in a house before, it was so warm, and there were so many soft places to sleep! I have learned so much about being a part of a family, and now I really want one of my own! I am told I’m very cute with my giant bunny rabbit ears, and I love being close and laying near my people. I love stuffy toys, and jumping and catching anything that flies. Mostly bugs. My foster mom thinks its funny, so I keep doing it! And food. I really love food. I will do anything for food! I have even learned some tricks- my foster momma uses a clicker & I love hearing that noise because it means I am doing something that gets me treats!! Did I mention I love food?!
I'm a good girl, about 1.5 years old, and super smart. I'm already leash trained, crate trained, I play fetch, and I'm clicker trained. I am crate trained, but I still get scared that I'm going to be abandoned so I do better if another dog is in the room with me to keep me company. I would really love a home with other animals for me to play with. I like kitties, other dogs, kids, adults, basically anyone and anything that I meet. Once you meet me, you are sure to fall in love!”
