Leonard’s Story
Leonard was found with a pup friend of his tied up to a street sign back in 2017. A nice couple took Leonard and his friend into their home, fed him, gave him shelter and took him to the vet to get all checked out.
Leonard has adjusted well to living indoors and soaking in all the love and attention he can get, and now he is searching for his very own forever home where can be any only animal in the house. His love for his humans is just too big to share, so he prefers to get all of the attention for himself ;)
He is approximately two years old, a Staffordshire terrior mix and is neutered, microchipped, and is healthy, ready to meet his forever parents. Over the past several months, Leonard has really shown how smart he is by learning his potty manners, getting crate trained, learning how to play fetch, and a few other basic training tricks he's got up his sleeve. He loves to meet new people and loves to spend time outdoors throwing the ball around and basking in the sunshine. What Leonard loves most after a big day of fun, is snuggling up next to his people and snoozing. If you would like to cuddle up next to Leonard too, he is ready to meet you!
