"Marcel had spent his time as a puppy chained in the backyard. He was found by a Streetdog Volunteer who dutifully contacted owner information on his tags and returned him. Less than 1 week later he was found over 7 miles away from his home by someone else, exhausted and hungry. This time, his owners did not return any calls about their found dog. So now Marcel is officially a Streetdog and loving every minute of it.
Marcel prefers dogs that are smaller than him and needs a day or so to warm up to new pup friends. He would prefer a home with older children because of his large size.
Foster Update 3/3/18: Marcel is a happy, playful pup with lots of energy. He lives with his four foster siblings (three chihuahuas and a German shepherd) and loves to play! He likes to jog with his foster dad and would be a great running buddy. He is also great at cuddling on the sofa. He loves to sit in your lap, gives hugs and kisses. "
