Sam - Foster Needed
Sam is a skinny fellow who had a very rough summer. We can tell just by looking at him. Sam came in very underweight, dehydrated, flea ridden, with many wounds, both old and new. He has been bunking at our vet's clinic while getting some antibiotics and treatment needed to get on the road to health. While he has been there, Sam has met other pups, cats, kids, adults, and critters of all kinds and just loves them all! His tail wags constantly and his smile is infectious! Sam has also started mastering some basic commands like sit and shake - because he is such a smart good boy!
Sam is vaccinated and starting to gain weight so he can be neutered and microchipped as soon as he reaches a safe weight to do so! He is also HW negative for now, so we are going to keep our fingers crossed that he stays that way and we don't have anything pesky show up in a few months! This sweet boy is looking for a foster, or better yet, his forever home to call his own and to experience his very first holiday season as a very loved boy! A foster home would also be very beneficial for him to continue to gain the weight he needs to get back to being a healthy pup! If you would like to meet Sam and foster or adopt, please let us know!
